Terms & Conditions

"Service" means Supermind and related features, software, and content.

"Subscription" means a paid plan that gives access to the Service.

"Account" means your registered login and profile.

"Your Data" means the information, files, and content you upload or generate using the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Supermind is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Pricing, plans, and features may change from time to time with notice. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

You may cancel future renewal of your subscription where applicable. However, no refund will be provided after the subscription has been purchased. No partial refund, prorated refund, or credit will be issued for unused time.

You agree not to:

• copy, sell, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service
• use the Service unlawfully
• give unauthorized third parties access
• misuse data or platform functionality
• exceed plan limits without authorization

We may process Your Data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. Your use of Supermind is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

All rights in Supermind, except for user-owned content and data, belong to Lucentra Labs Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of Your Data, but grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service.

Supermind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any specific business result from use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucentra Labs Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
